Online Shopping

Our printer has been out of ink since last month. Every time I have to print my essay I have to do it at school or at work. I keep asking my husband if he will buy ink for it and he says he will try. I asked him if can i use an ink cartridge 78 in hp842? That’s the only cartridge we have and my husband said no it would not fit our printer. Sometimes I get mad that I still have to wait until the next day to print my papers for school. We have a printer but we cannot use it.

Anyway, I was shopping online for dresses for my daughters. Their birthday is coming up and I want them to wear a new outfit. I have twin daughters and one of them likes blue dresses, while the other one likes pink dresses. It is amazing how my daughter have different taste in things. I found an online store were they have everything that I am looking for from electronics, home and garden, and clothing. They have indoor step lights to a white infinity sink which is pretty good. You can find everything that you need for your home improvements, electronics appliances also they have dresses for the kids. Their site is one that I need because I can compare the prices and save more.

Friday Night

Today is Friday and I am home right now. It is seven o’clock at night and I am still cooking dinner. I had no plan to cook dinner earlier because my husband made me pizza, but I want to eat Pilipino food. I cook noodles and it is almost done. I cannot wait to eat it with rice. My daughters keep asking for ice cream and I keep telling them later. I want them to eat dinner first before the ice cream. My son and his daddy is not home yet. They both go to the store to buy baseball cleats. My son complained about his cleats yesterday he said it was broke and he wants a new one. They will have scrimmage tomorrow and he cannot play with his old cleats. Well, I finish cooking the noodles now and it is ready to eat. I am so hungry already.

parental block on internet

Guest post of the week by Moises Henderson

I’m a little concerned about internet access and my 12 year old son. I recently went to google to search for noodle recipes, and it prompted me to go to searches that were inappropriate. Clearly, my son has been searching for stuff on the internet, and he’s been curious. I talked to him about it, but I’m not sure talking is going to be enough. I’d like to set up some kind of blocker so that nothing inappropriate can be accessed from our home computer. I’m going to go to satellite star internet.com to see if they offer any plan or idea about how to put in a parental block. It’s not that I don’t trust my son, but it’s just that I want to make sure I am doing my part to keep him, and his mind, safe. There is some crazy stuff out there, stuff that no boy should have in his brain. That’s the problem with the internet- you type in something mild, but you get all kinds of disturbing images pop up.
