Today I was thinking to go to the gym to sign up so that I can exercise, but I changed my mind. Instead, I turned on the TV and put an exercise video on and it was good. I was sweating like crazy doing all the dance exercise routine and some Pilates. It was the second time that I did it and it works for me. I think I do not need to go to the gym, but I will see. Some of the exercise are s hard for me, but I was trying my best. I really like to move my body and get sweat. It feels good after the exercise, but I know tomorrow I will be sore. Too much stretching and jumping today. I hope I can do this all the time. I mean everyday exercise is good for me or to anybody even just thirty minutes a day. I still like to go to the gym, but I will see what will happen.

My co-worker likes to ride her bike. Sometimes when she goes to work she is riding her bicycle instead of driving her car. It is not because she wants to save money on gas it is that she is a rider. She rides her bike even when the weather is hot or cold unless there is snow. When it is winter she wear her Tourmaster Flex 3 jacket to protect her from the cold. It is a water resistant jacket with adjustable waist and sleeve. My co-worker really likes it and I wish I had one like it. Now that our weather here is so hot sometimes she does not ride the bike. It is just too hot for her to ride.
Today is Friday the 13th and I was supposed to go back to the gym to registrar but I changed my mind. When I found out that today was the thirteenth I went home right away after work. I went to a near by fitness center to sign up because I like to exercise. I have never exercised for almost a month now and it is killing me. I used to exercise at work but now I have stopped already because they are getting strict with the employees. I asked at the fitness center about membership and I think I can afford to pay for it. It is not that expensive so it is okay. I will try to come back this Sunday if I have time to sign up. I cannot wait to exercise again.
I was watching a romance movie today and it was a good movie. I was watching by myself because my husband does not like romantic movies. It was a Pilipino movie that my family would not understand. The actress in the movie was singing while playing piano and she was great. I wish I could sing like her. Playing piano is not easy, but I would like to be able to play the musser marimba? I never see anybody playing a musser marimba instrument before, but I think anyone who knows this instrument would be so cool. It is a big instrument and is expensive too. I cannot afford one for myself.
