Today I was thinking to go to the gym to sign up so that I can exercise, but I changed my mind. Instead, I turned on the TV and put an exercise video on and it was good. I was sweating like crazy doing all the dance exercise routine and some Pilates. It was the second time that I did it and it works for me. I think I do not need to go to the gym, but I will see. Some of the exercise are s hard for me, but I was trying my best. I really like to move my body and get sweat. It feels good after the exercise, but I know tomorrow I will be sore. Too much stretching and jumping today. I hope I can do this all the time. I mean everyday exercise is good for me or to anybody even just thirty minutes a day. I still like to go to the gym, but I will see what will happen.
